Kim Kardashian’s domination of the media continues with the news that she has sold her Beverly Hills house. The house which she bought in 2010 for $3.4 million has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, was sold or as records show, the deeds transferred to an unknown third party.

According to property records, transfer of title occurred on 6 February 2013 between Kim Kardashian’s trust to an LLC which could be anyone.
There is no indication of how much money if any changed hands during this change of title. According to real estate blog Trulia, Kim Kardashian did indeed sell her unlisted house to a third party. This could mean number of things including the possibilities that it may be something to do with Kim Kardashian’s upcoming divorce from the New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries or maybe even just a remortgaging of the house.

Kim Kardashian’s house which is in a Tuscan style and has been on her reality show, “Keeping up with the Kardashian’s” many times. It has a total area of 4000 square feet spread over two stories with five bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms as well as a media room. Kim Kardashian’s house also features floor to ceiling windows, a fantastic eat in kitchen, fireplace is in most rooms, high ceilings and marble accenting. At the back of the house there is an outdoor living and dining room, swimming pool, spa room as well as a waterfall.

Kim Kardashian had planned to live at the luxurious house after she married Khris Humphries but hasn’t stayed there since an intruder turned up at the front gate in January 2012. Then there was the 72 day marriage to Khris which won’t have helped matters.
Kim Kardashian’s house was up for sale for $5 million last year but as yet the price paid by the buyer is unknown. However with the media cachet that goes along with the house its problem is safe to say it wasn’t far off that figure.
There is also a lot of media hype that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are busy preparing for their baby’s arrival and looking for other properties to buy possibly in London, Paris and Miami. They have recently purchased a 10,000 square foot $11 million luxury house in the ultra-exclusive gated area of Bel Air crest, California.
